What this looks like
Sit quietly for 2-3 minutes. Notice sensation in different body parts: feet, legs, abdomen, chest, shoulders, neck, jaw, face. Don't analyse — just notice. What's tense? What's relaxed? What needs attention?
Daily practice surfaces tension before it becomes pain, emotional state before it overwhelms, needs before they're crises.
